Standing For Something

There’s an old country song by Aaron Tippin that says “You’ve got to stand for something or you’ll fall for anything.” I’m sure many of you have heard that song. Though I’m sure it wasn’t intended to have a biblical message, it can definitely be applied. We live in a world that has many worldly and “Christian” beliefs. How do we know what’s true and what’s not? The simple answer is The Bible! We have to spend time in scripture in order to know what’s true. We must stand on what God says. No matter what man says, even if it sounds good! Once we know what God says in His Word, then we must stand for it! Not to be led away by false teachings.
