Those who God loves, He disciplines. Discipline from the Lord is not fun, but it is desperately needed by His followers. In order for us to be who we are supposed to be for Jesus Christ, from time to time, we need correction. In that correction, in that discipline, there can be joy! You may ask how? The short and simple answer is that especially in correction God is showing His love for us to us! The concern should come when there is no rebuke or correction from God. That, my friends, is when we need to check our hearts and cry out to the Lord.
