This seems like an odd question doesn’t it? We aren’t in a weight room, and even if we were what does this have to do with anything? Well, obviously we aren’t talking physical strength here. We’re talking emotional, mental, and spiritual strength. Life is hard. We are tested mentally, emotionally, and spiritually daily. To live day in and day out while continuing to serve the Lord takes strength in those categories mentioned. So, how strong are you? On our own, we aren’t strong at all. Sure we can put on a tough war face and pretend the World doesn’t wear us down, but it does. Luckily, there’s a verse for that! Psalm 29:11 “The Lord will give strength unto his people; the Lord will bless his people with peace.” Notice, it says nothing about our own strength. The Lord gives us HIS strength! Now how strong is The Lord? Next time you are getting worn down and beaten up and it seems as though you’re just not strong enough to make it through another day, remember, YOU and YOUR strength doesn’t have to. Hit your knees and ask for The LORD’S strength. I promise you it’ll be more than enough every single time!
God bless you for being here today! Let’s join together and give thanks to God for all He is and all He does! -Bro. Cody
